I hold master’s-level qualifications in Mental Health and Family Counseling and in Family and Marriage Sciences, as well as a Diploma in Mediation from Université Saint-Joseph and IFOMENE–Paris. I’m also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), emotional and relational education, conflict resolution, and marriage preparation. I aim to offer a safe and supportive space where people can feel genuinely heard, understand themselves and their relationships more deeply, improve communication, navigate relationship challenges, and make thoughtful decisions.
