The role involves consolidating and integrating multiple Excel files, cleaning and structuring data, building a reliable master dataset, and supporting reporting outputs for analysis and decision-making. Responsibilities: - Combine multiple Excel files, sheets, and templates into one clean structure. - Clean, validate, and standardize data across different sources. - Create formulas, checks, and automated workflows where needed. - Build summary tables, dashboards, or reporting outputs. - Identify inconsistencies, duplicates, missing data, and formatting issues. - Document the process clearly so the team can maintain it later. - Work with the project team to understand data requirements and reporting needs. Requirements: - Strong Excel skills are required. - Experience with Power Query, PivotTables, formulas, and data cleaning. - Knowledge of Power Pivot, VBA, SQL/MySQL, or Power BI is a strong plus. - Previous experience working with government, consulting, or large-scale data projects is preferred. - Ability to handle confidential data professionally. - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. - Arabic and English are preferred. Looking for a Freelancer – Software Demo & Onboarding Support | Baabda / Beirut We are looking for a reliable freelancer based in the Baabda / Beirut region to help us introduce users to a software platform. The role involves walking people through a live demo, explaining how the software works, helping them get onboarded, and collecting basic feedback after the session. Responsibilities: - Present and explain the software demo to users. Guide users step by step through the onboarding process. - Answer basic questions and help users feel comfortable using the platform. - Collect feedback, questions, and common issues from users. - Report insights back to the team after each session. Requirements: - Good communication skills. - Comfortable speaking with people in person. - Basic knowledge of software, apps, or digital platforms. - Prior experience in demos, onboarding, customer support, training, or field work is a plus. - Available to work in the Baabda / Beirut area. - Arabic is required; English is a plus.
